“She was there for me through it all!”

Alaina is an absolute God send. When it comes to prepping for labor, in the depths of labor, and postpartum. After I found out I was pregnant and informed her/hired her as our doula, she was there for me through it all.

She helped me mentally prepare for what my birth would/could be. Alaina helped educate me on my options as a first time mom - the things that no one tells you that you have a choice on especially as a hospital birth.

She is a fabulous coach. Helped me and my husband during labor stay grounded and helped me keep to the beat of my own drum. 

I am so grateful that she got to help my husband and I welcome our daughter into this world. She is the coach, positive energy, and friend that I am forever thankful to have.
